Here is a brief skill guide for Vim players in C9 Online, it is from level 15 to level 30 , if you are going to play at these have a look at this small guide , and hope it does some help ! 

At level 15 - 30 , you are in Vim Tier 1. you only need to use 24 points in this tier to be able to use points in tier 2, and you'll gain mostly passive skills for this tier.

First , you need to get furious chop to lvl3, and keep it at lvl3 , don't make it go any higher. you will also want to max the SP+ and HP+ passive skills.

You will max out Windrunner and Frozen Irony. this will get you 24 points in tier 1. Now you might say , " why am i not getting magma blade , counter tide , sharpen steel or glacier edge?" this is because at higher lvls , the skills and buffs you get will be vastly greater in comparison to these 4 skills , so these 4 skills , Magma Blade/Counter Tide/Sharpen Steel/Glacier Edge, become useless and thusly are a waste of points.
